Return Shipping: Please return the package to our return address using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned package, we typically process the return request within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to reach your account.
